Sound familiar

Most businesses come to us at one of three points.

You've outgrown the one-person setup

Your IT was built by one person or one provider, and nobody else knows how it hangs together. It works until the day it doesn't.

Your team is fixing IT instead of working

Someone in the office has become the unofficial IT person. That's expensive time, and it isn't their job.

You can't see what you're paying for

Invoices arrive, but you couldn't say what's patched, what's backed up or what's at risk. You want it in writing, every month.

What's included

Everything under one agreement.

$180 per seat, per month, plus GST. Projects and new hardware are quoted separately, in writing, before we start.

Co-managed IT

Already have an IT team? Keep them.

Co-managed IT gives your internal team the help desk capacity, tooling and specialist depth they can't build alone, while they stay in charge of your environment.

  • Overflow help deskWe take the day-to-day tickets so your team can work on the projects that move the business.
  • Shared tools and visibilityYour team works in the same monitoring, patching and documentation we use.
  • Specialist depth on callSecurity, network and Microsoft 365 engineers for the problems one generalist can't cover.

Beyond the help desk

Managed properly means planned, not just fixed.

Good managed IT is measured by the tickets that never get raised. We track what you own, look for patterns, and plan ahead with you.

  • Asset managementEvery device, licence and warranty recorded, so replacements are budgeted rather than emergencies.
  • Service improvementRecurring problems get a root cause and a fix, not the same ticket every month.
  • Strategy and operationsA technology roadmap tied to where the business is heading, reviewed with you as it changes.

Questions

What people ask about managed IT.

What does $180 per seat include?

Everything listed under what's included, for a fixed monthly fee per seat plus GST. Projects and new hardware are quoted separately, in writing, before any work starts.

Where is your help desk?

In Australia. All our IT service and help desk staff are based here, with our head office in Melbourne and offices in Sydney and Brisbane.

Do you work with businesses under 10 staff?

No. We work with organisations from 10 to 500 staff, and we support larger organisations too.

Can you work alongside our internal IT team?

Yes. Co-managed IT is built for exactly that: your team stays in charge, and we add help desk capacity, tooling and specialist depth.

What about after-hours support?

Our help desk runs 8am to 5pm Melbourne time, Monday to Friday. After-hours support from our tech team is available at an additional charge.

How long does it take to switch to Helpdesk?

Most transitions take two to three weeks. We audit what you have first, then take over in the background while your team keeps working.

A 20-minute call, then a written review of what you've got.

No pitch deck. We look at your setup, tell you what's at risk, and put it in writing. If your current arrangement is fine, we'll say so — that's happened plenty of times.
